"In the real world of management uncertainty is a certainty." That pretty much sums it up! It seems to me that the issue is the questions - they tend to stay pretty much the same - it's the answers that change. It's more difficult to generate, ask, and do the work suggested by the questions than to engage our perpetual wish that we can just check items off a list of answers provided to us. It seems to me that the issue is the questions – they tend to stay pretty much the same – it’s the answers that change. It’s more difficult to generate, ask, and do the work suggested by the questions than to engage our perpetual wish that we can just check items off a list of answers provided to us.
