And by taking this multi-dimensional approach you actually have a much better chance at hitting the points that will keep your boss long term happy (at least if the boss is worth working for.)  If you focus all your efforts on what you think a single person wants then more than likely you&#039;ll miss the boat at some point anyway.</description>
