As it happens, actually, I also agree with your other point: organizational cultures are not only related to the larger cultures in which they may physically exist, but are also influenced by the cultural origins of the people in them. They differ in that they are separate entities with their own purposes for being. But yes - I agree - no organization is an island!

		<description>Mostly I agree.  Leadership like other assets need to be managed.  Yes leadership is an outgrowth of the culture, but I disagree that it is separate from the entanglements of the larger culture that organization is ceded.
